Please be advised of a town hall meeting being called for Paradise Pines Townhomes.  This town hall meeting will be held in person and via zoom.

The purpose of the town hall meeting is to discuss various property projects under consideration by the HOA.  This of course comes with the context of the previous work done on the decks in the community and the current painting project.  Matt Egan, Director of Asset Management for RowCal will be providing a presentation on the big picture at Paradise Pines.  As Director of Asset Management, he specifically helps RowCal clients manage capital projects and create long term financial and property upkeep strategies.

 

There will be no votes taking place in this meeting.  Town Hall meetings are for sharing of information and constructive thoughts and questions from homeowners.  From this meeting, Matt will be working with the board of directors to design a strategy for Paradise Pines that will then be shared with the homeowners for any vote that may be required in compliance with the governing documents.
